Shalom! I couldn’t be more thrilled to start this year off as the new Youth Director here at Park. I was lucky enough to grow up in the Cleveland Jewish community and be a part of Jewish youth groups.  I grew up in Cleveland Heights, attended the Ohio State University and was very involved with Hillel throughout college.  At Hillel, I started as a programming intern then became involved in their Conservative minyan, social action group, and a capella choir – the Meshuganotes.  But I wouldn’t have gotten as involved in college if  I didn’t have such a solid Jewish foundation from my family, my education, and the Cleveland Jewish community. And that great foundation is also the reason I am here at Park! 

Our calendar this year is filled with many different activities. Whether it’s tobogganing, roller skating, social action and mitzvot projects or a scavenger hunt, there is sure to be something for everyone. We are also lucky this year to be hosting Kadima Kinnus and a USY chapter from Congregation Beth Tzedec (Toronto, Ontario). This year Park Synagogue is the place everyone wants to be!
